"So for me, the internet is a luxury at the beginning of lockdown. I didn't have broadband or a laptop at home, I had to purchase one.

Because I was used to going to the library. And I was used to doing everything, you know, in internet cafes and stuff.

So, you know, we take for granted the luxury of broadband data, a good signal and everything.

But actually, there's a lot of digital poverty. And especially people whose first language isn't English as well, and I just find it very distressing."
