Car park

"I was in hospital for four weeks, and family members weren't allowed to come and see me."

Listen to the story

"And obviously, I couldn't go out into the car park or anything like that.

So it was pretty frustrating because everyday was like a month or a year for me. And being in the hospital, obviously you're really scared to get the virus. Because the nurses and doctors, obviously they kind of go around to everybody. I said to them, I also have a learning difficulty.

So my family was speaking to the doctors and seeing if it's okay if my mum could stay with me, but she couldn’t and it was really frustrating. Because I was going through treatment and tests that I've never done before. That was a big, big anxiety for me as well. Facing the machineries and stuff like that."
