Adele is Founder and Director at GrandNanny, a social enterprise connecting working families and midlife+ neighbours to provide reliable childcare and meaningful employment. She recently completed an MSc in Gerontology and Ageing at King's College, London and has conducted primary research on purpose and employment in later life. She also has 9 years of Communications experience working with agencies and organisations of all types including start-ups, charities and large businesses such as MoneySuperMarket, OVO, HSBC and Sky.
Adele is driven to help more people enjoy good mental, physical and social wellbeing in later life and recognises that being included in the design of products and services is fundamental.
