Naomi is an Associate Director of Research at RiDC.
She holds an MA in Education and Development from The University of East Anglia. Prior to joining RiDC she has worked in accessibility research within the non-profit and private sectors, with a focus on inclusive digital products, education, and special education needs and disability (SEND).
She has personal experience of disability, which fuels her passion to ensure products and services are accessible and inclusive.
